Listening Homework for Cellists (No. 1)

Listening to recordings is a incredibly important to lesson progress! When a student is familiar with how a piece is supposed to sound—the correct notes, the right rhythm, the dynamics and other details—they can accomplish so much with their home practice in between lessons. Cello students will benefit from passively listening to recordings of their Suzuki music. Play the albums or playlists while doing chores, homework, or riding in a car—and do it often!

Here are links to iTunes albums and YouTube playlist to give you easy access to the cello pieces in the Suzuki repertoire.
